Who are we?

Did you know that 180 Degrees Consulting is the world's largest volunteer consultancy? With over 100 branches across 30+ countries, we all unite with the same mission: to make the world a better place for all. Our University of Melbourne Branch is passionate about striving to improve education, reduce homelessness and alleviate poverty. We proudly achieve this ambitious mission every year thanks to our incredibly talented team of consultants and team leaders who deliver effective and tailored strategies to help not-for-profits improve and expand their services. Last year our branch was awarded 180DC's Best Overall Branch for our social impact. We believe in making a positive difference, do you?

We create the extraordinary! We want to proactively change industry standards and redefine full potential.

We do this by facilitating the formation, analysis and evaluation of an NFP's needs to provide them with a creative, effective and measurable strategic plan for their immediate and long-term future growth.

We want to help NFPs break down their barriers to innovation. Why? We want to enhance their continual advancement and differentiation within their industry to provide crucial support for those in need.

We do this by ensuring their marketing investments are generating the highest returns on investment and by enhancing the position of their brand to specific target markets with their value proposition strongly in mind.

ADVANCED ANALYTICS

Every decision and proposal is backed with advanced analytics. We believe in making informed decisions every step of the way. We do not guess and we do not assume.

By conducting and converting advanced analytics into an understandable speak, we propose sound strategic plans of exceptional quality to our NFP clients. We want to improve their operational efficiency to guide their immediate and long-term steps in their marketplace to better support those in need.

What do we offer?

Pro Bono Consultancy

10-week long consulting projects for our NFP clients
Two Team Leaders per consulting team
One 180DC Executive per project to oversee and to provide high-level guidance to each consulting project
One Mentor Consultant (i.e from BCG/Nous) per project to provide top-level industry guidance to enhance project performance way beyond expectations
Regular attendance at compulsory upskilling workshops to improve project deliverables

Open events

Frequent upskilling, networking and panel events via Zoom and in-person events (*once restrictions ease)
Large membership base. You will find an array of likeminded and inspiring attendees in each event!
