CONSULTANT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our Consultant Development Program, exclusive to consultants, includes 3 main development streams:
Training
First, all consultants receive professional training from leading consultancies such as BCG and Nous. For those interested in consulting, or looking to discover what it is all about, these training sessions provide you with invaluable insight and takeaways from the most brilliant minds in the industry
Branch Meetings
Second, we hold fortnightly branch meetings where we go through internship and graduate applications, career advice, panel discussions, etc. and invite special guests to talk about their experiences
Career Mentoring
Third, our career mentoring program matches our members with industry consultants according to their career interests and aspirations. Additionally, all project teams also have a project ‘mentor’ - a professional consultant working at one of our partners - who provides strategic guidance for our deliverables
